Interested in teaching game design as part of your in-school or after school class or club? Join us examining different game engines and tools that enable students to create their own computer games. No programming experience is necessary or required. Curriculum materials will be provided and shared. Attendees will be given ample time to develop and/or refine their own curriculum.
Attendees with expertise in this area are also invited and encouraged to share with the group and/or expand upon their curriculum. Attendees may choose to participate in a Professional Learning Community intended to support our collective work over the course of the school year; stipends are available on a first-come, first-served basis for those interested. Bring your personal and professional gaming in education goals, and we will provide the environment and dedicated time to meet your needs.
Windows devices strongly preferred. Instructor will send more info.
