Heather Marrs (hmarrs24@gmail.com) is a third grade teacher at Eagle Rock Elementary in Eagle Point, Oregon. She has been a classroom teacher for 10 years. In addition to being a teacher, Heather is also an EdTech Teacher Leader for the Eagle Point School District which includes providing EdTech Professional Development, mentoring, modeling, and supporting other teachers in technology integration. Heather recently presented at NCCE 2016, EdCamp Voxer, EdCamp Global, the Southern Oregon EdTech Summit, the Siskiyou EdTech Summit, and the JCSD9 Summer Tech Summit. Heather is the founder and main moderator of the Oregon EdChat which can be found at #OrEdChat. She is also a co-organizer of the Southern Oregon EdCamp. She is a Seesaw Ambassador, Book Creator Ambassador, and a Classkick Mentor. She writes for the EdTekHub on the ISTE Blog. Outside of work she is a wife and mother of two amazing kiddos and enjoys playing the violin.
