A desire to build and/or enhance a CS program. Little prior experience is required. This will appeal to early adopters and seasoned veterans in the Cs teaching ares. Attendees will be able to design a CS program that serves all students and will help secure funding for the program. Actual curriculum and model curriculum design will be provided from successful statewide programs.
