Are you a high school teacher developing an inclusive, rigorous, equity based computer science program of study? This workshop will introduce you to national frameworks and curriculum intentionally designed with an equity lens, including both content and pedagogy, that any certified teacher can teach. We will also share National Science Foundation funded professional development opportunities.
Course Instructor/s:
Jill HubbardJill Hubbard teaches computer science at Oregon State University- Cascades. Hubbard is co-PI for a National Science Foundation grant entitled CS for Oregon, a joint effort between OSU-Cascades, Portland State University and the University of Oregon, committed to sustaining the growth of inclusive computer science in high schools throughout Oregon.
