OregonASK is excited to be partnering with the Oregon Digital Promise consortium on this breakfast, in a joint effort to increase awareness and actionable support of statewide STEM efforts. This year, OregonASK was awarded a grant by the National League of Cities to connect with mayors and municipal leaders around supporting STEM opportunities in Oregon. This Symposium is a great opportunity to connect mayors with one of the specific STEM efforts funded by ongoing championship of STEM education in the legislature.
The Oregon Digital Promise Consortium is funded by a grant from ODE, and consists of the Oregon Computer Science Teachers Association, Portland State University, and the Willamette Education Service District.
